THIS UPDATE WAS SHOT ON DONNA DAY 3 (MAY 5th)
This is not going so well… Donna hasn’t done much else than sleeping until late in the afternoon, taking showers very often (she says she needs it to keep clean), and NOT talking to us much. She is very silent, and she looks angry, but won’t tell us what the problem is.
We know the belt is chafing her skin, and we have to admit it is tight. Toilet visits seem to be no problem for Donna, although she always takes a long shower right after. She does not eat much either, it appears to be very uncomfortable to eat more than just a little.
Donna has some real Italian temperament, giving us the finger, and pushing us out of the way. Okay, it is hard to find a camera guy everywhere you go, but that was part of the deal (and we are giving her lots of private time). In this update you see Donna waking up, grumpy, getting ready to take a shower immediately.
Frankly, we were very close to letting her out of the belt at this point. We felt so sorry for this young blonde girl. But we are glad we didn’t, as you will see in the coming updates!

I am fascinated to see how this works out. Donna obviously did not think or understand what she was getting into. Her reactions are so very real (grumpty teenager hating every minute) that nobody could possibly suggest that this was a staged photo shoot…which is precisely what makes this series so unique.
You are truly entering new territory here, please continue with the experiment.
