The problem with a ring is that the wearer can control it. A woman can take one off to pretend she is not married, or put one on to pretend she is. The keyholder controls the collar, since it is lockable. I think a more powerful symbol than a ring should define a woman who is submissive in a relationship. Even a visible tattoo would be impossible to conceal. Personally I like collars since they can be used for discipline and to control movement as well. Lockable ankle bracelets, worn with a skirt and pumps, are effective too.
These girls should wear a shiny steel bra as well.
