Since this belt has separate front and rear shields, she would probably find it easiest to put it on by removing the rear shield and plug, putting the belt and front plug on like Natalia did and lock it, hook the end of the rear shield into the slot on the bottom of the belt, slowly ease the plug in while raising the rear shield. When it’s all the way in it should be all the way up, then just lock the rear shield in place.
