This does bring up all sorts of thoughts.
It occurs to me that it should not be impossible to build a plug that could deal with this issue, though of course it would take some work. With a small inlet hose to introduce an enema, a slightly larger outlet hose to allow that enema to be expelled, and another small inlet/outlet to pump air in and out of the plug, it should be possible to design a plug that could be inflated to prevent removal (perhaps with a custom-fit) while also being sufficient to take care of normal excretion – with the wearer simply hooking up to a hose and related machinery as necessary. (Periodic cleaning would still be required, of course, but it could be on the key keeper’s schedule.) Integrate a vibrator and electro-stim into the plug, and it would allow significant opportunities to allow or prevent pleasure to the wearer. If air pressure could keep the plug inserted, other means would not be necessary, which means it should allow greater flexibility with other systems including a chastity belt.
